He is survived by: his wife Kristine Williams; and his children, Kenneth Williams, Keith Williams (Cathy), Kevin Williams (Michele), Frederick Williams, Andrea Simkins, Joshua Lee (Julie), Penny Fox (Dustin), Kenna Graunke (Cook), Sharmee (Cook), Willard C. Cook (Valerie) and Wanda C. (Cook). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, and 27 great grandchildren.
