She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Schultz and Bill Schultz; her siblings, Ruby, Judy and Charles; and her grandson Jake Jr..
She is survived by: her child Development; her close friend John Slikker Jr.; her husband John Slikker Jr.; her sons, Jon (Monica), Jake and David (Carla); her grandchildren, Jon Jr. (Kim), Dustin, Benn (Amanda), Tylor, William, Desiree, Breanne Bennett (Blake), Brooke Lutge (Cody) and Brock; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Morgan, Lucy, Jennings Bennett, Cutter Bennett, Tatum Lutge, Leighton Lutge, Elodie and Layla; and her sister Beverly Sivils. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
