It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dawn Leslie Payne of Pahrump, Nevada, born in Hollywood, California, who passed away on July 27, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Jim" C. Sandner Jr. and Patricia "Pat" Sandner. She is survived by: her husband Herman Payne; her son Revs; her grandson Cody; her brother James C. Sandner III; her sister-in-law Donna Sandner; her sister Jennifer "Jenney" LeMieux; and her brother-in-law Charles "Chuck" LeMieux.
