He is survived by: his children, John (Julie), Sherri and Eric (Tina); and his siblings, Viva Blake, Karen Grzegorski (Greg), Charles (Donna) and Patrick. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, one great granddaughter, and numerous nieces and nephews.
