He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Locher Jr. and Ellen Melissa Shurtliff; his uncle Lester; his aunt Edna Shurtliff; his son-in-law Freddie Preciado; and his sisters, Myrna Conger and Romajean Andersen.
He is survived by: his wife Diann Doty; his children, Melissa Ozaki (Alan) of Las Vegas, Heather Warren (Steven) of Salem, UT, Lanette Higgonbotham (Eric) of Las Vegas, Amy Bryant (Jeff) of Las Vegas, Michael of Eugene, OR and Beth Blasingame of Lebanon, OR; and his sister Josephine Sudweeks. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren.
