He was predeceased by: his parents, James Francis Upton, Sr. and Rose Veronica Hurley. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Upton (Juvy Ann) and Sam Upton (Jazmin); and his grandchildren, Daniel, Troy, Sophia, Humza, Allyson and Avery.
He was constantly donating to fundraisers, foundations and organizations to help others. Jim donated to kids, elderly, and animal foundations.
