She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Perkins and Effie Easman Perkins (Huntsman); her husband Elmer LaVoy Waite; her siblings, Edna Perkins Leavitt, Geneva Perkins Simmons, Oren, Ver, Perry, Alan and Tony Perkins; and her grandson Samuel Waite Richards.
She is survived by: her cousin Capers; her children, Claudia Richards (Dirk), Mark Waite (Oneita), Herb Waite (Pam), Anthony Waite (Rick Rawlins) and Matthew Waite (Dawn); and her sisters, Caroline Perkins Reber and AnRae Perkins Bell. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and fifty great-grandchildren.
