She was predeceased by: her parents, Vivian Edward and Melba Louise Shellcross DuBois; and her siblings, Jimmy, Alice, Bonnie and Jackie.
She is survived by: her former spouse Celester Knighton; her husband Chester Turner; and her children, Melody McKesson (Dennis) of Central, UT, Gordon Knighton of Las Vegas, NV, Raymond Knighton of Texas and Johnnie Knighton of Overton, NV. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
