He was predeceased by: his father La Verna Elizabeth Brooks; his siblings, Lynda Lee Belcher, Judith Elizabeth Royal (Cal) and Dennis Leo Belcher; and his daughter Jodi Belcher.
He is survived by: his wife Flora Elaine Belcher; and his children, David Belcher (Jeaneen), Kristi Delgadillo (Lorenzo), Mike Belcher, Richard Belcher (Jackie) and Charlie Belcher (Kathy). He is also survived by his seventeen grandchildren; and his twenty great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Hinckley Chapel (1505 Hinckley Ave, Logandale, NV 89021). A burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at the Logandale Cemetery.
