He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Raymundo Medina and Delfina Borboa; his son Jose Luis Medina; and his grandson Jorge Medina. He is survived by: his wife Maria J. Medina; and his children, Ruben Medina (Maria A.), Jorge H. Medina (Nancy), Patricia Acosta (Isidoro), Liliana Jensen (Daniel) and Fabian Medina (Kathryn). He is also survived by his eighteen grandchildren; his seventeen great-grandchildren; his one brother and three sisters, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
