She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Henry Sr. and Adelaide Florence Lemos; and her siblings, Carl Michael Henry and Lynnaire Henry. She is survived by: her husband Jose Luis Medina; her children, Ashlei Henry of Moapa, NV, Miles Medina of Moapa, NV and Santana Medina (Margarita) of Logandale, NV; her grandchildren, Lucian and Penelope; and her siblings, Leonard Henry Jr. (Sherri), Lisa Begay (Ural) and Toni Louise Henry (Jose).
