He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilbur Swanson and Florence Swanson (Stanger); his former wife Nila Rae Pennington; his wife Nancy Jean Rose; his children, Karen Schiessl (Guy), Lori Riggs, Michael Swanson (Katrina), Shannon Nevil (Will), Daniel Swanson (Madalyn) and Thomas Swanson (Maria); and his adoptive daughter Donna Forrester (Daryl). He was also cherished by 23 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Norman Grant Swanson, 85, passed peacefully to the next life from complications due to Alzheimer's disease.
