He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melven Sweat and Florence Mary Ricord; his wife Laurie Gaffney; his siblings, Joe, Jim (Glenna) and Anna (Tad); his children, Michael (Holly), Nick (Jessica), Roxanne (Greg), Christopher (Kim), Del Jr., Robert, Troy and Tony; and his grandson Dennis. He was also cherished by his children, 47 grandchildren and 52 ½ great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
