He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Maris Boggio and Geraldine Harvey Boggio; and his former wife Margie. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Donna Miklethun; his stepdaughters, Bonita Straw (Jim), April Meir (Delbert) and Teresa King; his granddaughter Jessica Saldana (Carlos); his brothers, Joe Jr. Boggio (Meredith) and Harold Boggio (Sandra); his nephews, Robert Boggio (Donna) and Eric Boggio (Brenda); his niece Marla Simmons (John); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessica Boggio, Megan Schommer (Jeremy), BreeAnna Grenz, Cody Boggio and Lane Simmons (Kali). He is also survived by numerous great-great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
