He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Isaac Warren Coon and Ida G. Wilcock; his wife Arlene Taylor Coon; his children, Linda Lucero, James Brian Coon and Carol Gaye Taylor; his stepchildren, Tracy, Mike, Shona and Julie; and his sister Shirley Brady. He was also cherished by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
