He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Henry and Martha Dorthy Szwapka; his wife Lorraine Patricia Ziembowicz; and his siblings, Ted, Dot and Betty.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda Punzel of Scenic; and his siblings, Alva Mae Barbarotto (Tony), Elmer and Rodger. He is also survived by two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
