He was predeceased by: his mother Lois Catherine Powell Rhodes. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Sue Tesch; his father John W. Rhodes of Utica, MI; and his siblings, David (Barbara) of Utica, MI, Joy Lynn Britton of Kannapolis, NC and Brian (Kim) of Utica, MI.. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
Memorial services are planned but private due to Covid 19 restrictions.
