He was predeceased by: his siblings, Cliff Edwards and Ruth Smith; and his former wife Sandy Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Sherron Edwards; his son Carlos Edwards (Laura) of Sandy, Utah; and his pet Zelda.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to Leukemia Research Foundation, 191 Waukegan Rd. Suite 105, North Field, IL 60093.
