He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Mullenix and Toni Mullenix; and his siblings, Tommy and Dixie. He is survived by: his wife Sally; his children, Gene, Bill, Lori and Stacy; his grandchildren, Zackary, Seth, Jeremiah, Monica, Olivia and Naomi; and his great grandchildren, Harlow and Kai.
