She was predeceased by: her sisters, Billie Smith-Spezze and Bobbi Dull; and her son David Zack. She is survived by: her son Lanny; her husband Tommy of Mesquite, NV; and her sons, Joseph Zack (Maria) of Northridge, CA and Ronald Dines. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
