He was predeceased by: his daughter Carrie Huffaker (Duane); his siblings, Raeona Waters, Thelma Corey (Richard) and Melvin Waters (Colleen); his brothers-in-law, Paul Pugh and Keith Davis; and his stepgrandson Brad White.
He is survived by: his spouse Sherlaine; his children, Scott Waters of Provo, UT, Dana Puddington (David) of Ottawa, Kevin Waters (Linda) of Sandy, UT and Christopher Waters of Bountiful, UT; his stepchildren, Roger White (Jeanne) of Roseville, CA, Pamela Carpenter (James) of Windsor, CA, Steven White (Jan) of Mesquite, NV. and Michael White (Shantel) of Spanish Fork, UT; and his sisters, Marcile Pugh and Marva Davis. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten step-grandchildren, and four step great-grandchildren.
