She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mulliner and May Ruth Gifford Dolfin; her siblings, Frank Dolfin and Dorothy Dolfin Marich; and her great grandchild Tanner Shurtleff.
She is survived by: her husband Edmund Shurtleff of McGill, NV; her children, Kevin Shurtleff (Tammy) of South Jordan, UT, Tommy Shurtleff (Lisa) of Magna, UT, Danny Shurtleff of West Jordan, UT, Eddie Shurtleff (Lindy) of Kearns, UT, Ricky Shurtleff of Ely Nevada, Robert Shurtleff of West Jordan, UT, Randy Shurtleff (Tara) of Kearns, UT, Jeff Shurtleff (Lisa) and Debbie Shurtleff (Bob) of Burley, ID.; her stepson Scott Mountjoy (Tracy); her siblings, Jack, Rodger Mulliner and Francis Lavelle; and her grandsons, Ryan, Justin, Tyler, Austin, Dustin, Todd and Deshawn Shurtleff. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren 36 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers family request donations be made to the Huntsman Cancer center in Salt Lake City UT where Carolyn was a lung cancer survivor.
