He was predeceased by: his parents, Walt Brinkerhoff and Viola Brinkerhoff; and his brother Val Brinkerhoff (Lorene). He is survived by: his wife Lorene; his sister DeVoy Munk; and his children, Leslie Steward, Valorie Santos (Philip), Julie Knight (late Dan), Kathie Brinkerhoff, Walter Brinkerhoff (Coni Jo), Sally Knight Mills (Clay) and Susan Robertson (Carl). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, and 25 great-grandchildren.
