She is survived by: her husband Bill Pulsipher; her children, April Rose (Jacob), Anthony Wilkinson and Melonie Jacobson; her grandchildren, Harmony, Gavin, Layne, Zyla, Breanna, Shayla, Dakota and Zander; and her great grandchild Nirvana.
