He is survived by: his wife Sandra O'Mara of Theodore, AL.; and his children, Deanna Dotson (Ben) of Logandale, NV., Katarinne Eubanks (Caleb) of Dothan, AL. and Casey O'Mara of Hollywood, CA.. He is also survived by his five grandchildren.
