He is survived by: his parents, Ivan Timothy and Jo Rappleye Timothy of Pleasant Grove, UT; his adoptive father Daniel Tama Lundquist; his spouse Britney Jean Chappell; his children, Kembrie of Logandale, NV, Kylee of Logandale, NV and Taysen of Logandale, NV; his stepfather Fernando Delgado of Provo, Utah; his siblings, Nat Delgado, Candace (Cody) of Jasper, AL, Jesse Lundquist (Melissa) of Pleasant Grove, UT, Marco Delgado of Provo, UT and Nick Delgado of Orem, UT.; and also, Gregg, Paula Chappell of Logandale, NV, Brockton Chappell (Heather) of Logandale, NV, Jordan Rhodes (Randy) of West Jordan, UT and Parker Chappell (Kaylee).
