She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarice Batchelor and Paul Schmalz; her brother-in-law Frank Batka; her niece Dana Kapadia; and her pet Sophie.
She is survived by: her children, Keri Knaack (Chad) of Fall Creek, WI and Kyle Bliss (Kalynn); her grandchildren, Logan, Addison Knaack and Kyra Bliss; her siblings, Patricia Batka of Asbury, IA, Charles Schmalz (Mary) of Aurora, IL and PJ Schmalz (Kathy) of Clinton, WI; her pet Coco Chanel; and her stepchildren, Melanie Hauke (Dean), Steve Gates (Jennifer) and Cindy Sagaitis (Trent). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and so many friends.
