She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Rich and Bessie Rich; and her boyfriend Anthony Calandra. She is survived by: her son Gary Shellnutt; her granddaughter Cara; her sisters, Betty Williams (Charles) and Mary Sue Weeks; her children, Jay Calandra (Patti), Lu Suarez (Richard) and Rick Calandra (Sue); her grandchildren, Tiffany Amaro (Troy), Jillian Garza (Vincent), Anthony Suarez, Rico Suarez, Tino Suarez, Ryan Kazda and Kyle Calandra (Maryassa); and her great grandchildren, Jio Martinez, Kyle Amaro, Aliza Amaro, Annaise Marcham, Abby Garza and Anthony Garza. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Union Hill Congregational Methodist Church. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
