He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Scarbrough and Elaine Scarbrough; and his brothers, Sam, Stevie and Mike.
He is survived by: his wife Kim; and his daughters, Jessica (Freddie), Heather and Haley. He is also survived by Many brother and sister in laws and Mother in Law that all loved him dearly. 18 Nieces and Nephews, several Great Nieces and Nephews.
