He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobbie Jean Chambers and Emmett Everett Houston. He is survived by: his former wife Rosalyn Houston (Parker); his children, Tamie Houston and Ronnie; his stepson Darrell King; his siblings, Ernest Houston (Betty), Larry Houston (Alexandria), Kim Houston, Deborah Davis, Sharon Houston (Eric), Terri Houston, Tonya Green (Ervin) and Traci Rasberry; and his grandchildren, Ernell Boykins, Britney Boykins, Amber Brames, Aamira Houston, Charis Houston, Trinity Houston, Rakhel Houston, Kabar Houston, Naasir Houston, Aalijah Houston and Aaliyah Houston. He is also survived by two great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Abundant Heart Community Church (2535 W Cheyenne Ave, North Las Vegas, NV 89032). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery (1900 Veterans Memorial Dr, Boulder City, NV 89005). A repast will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at 2700 W Colton Ave, North Las Vegas, NV 89032.
