She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Leavitt and Rachel Leavitt; her husband Frank; and her siblings, Lynn Leavitt, Glenna Conger, Ramola Fitzgerald, Irene Campbell, Benny Leavitt, Ken Leavitt and Twyla Wilson.

She is survived by: her siblings, Patsy Metler and Jack Leavitt; and her children, Gwen Farley (Brady), Lori Wood (Lyle), Scott Lester (Collette) and Lucinda Ross.
