She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Belle May Daugherty and John Clifford Daugherty; and her siblings, John, Margaret Ann and Monica (Henry).
She is survived by: her husband Henry Louis Melancon of Beaumont; and her brother Joseph. She is also survived by her 7 children, 20 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bunkers Eden Vale Mortuary. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Guardian Angel Cathedral (302 Cathedral Way, Las Vegas, NV 89109). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Bunkers Memory Gardens Cemetery (7251 W Lone Mountain Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89129).
