He was predeceased by: his parents, George Shoaf and Clara Shoaf; his wife Kathy Elaine Shoaf; and his daughter Sydni Shoaf. He is survived by: his daughter Jocelyn Hernandez of Bakersfield, CA. He is also survived by his four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holland & Lyons Mortuary (216 S Norma St, Ridgecrest, CA 93555).
