He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael John and Sarah Theresa Maguire. He is survived by: his wife Diane Marie Weaver; his children, Michael Maguire and Trish; his son-in-law T. J. Kagebein; his grandchildren, A. J., Toby and Kassidy Vanchieri; and his siblings, Patrick Maguire of Jacksonville, FL and Elizabeth McLaughlin of Hot Springs, AR..
