He is survived by: his father George Powell; his children, Tony Evans, George Powell Jr. of Las Vegas, Nevada and Tiffany Marie Milliner of Las Vegas; his sisters, Betty Ann Veal and Theresa Powell of Las Vegas; his aunt Dorothy Major-Powell; his girlfriend Mattie Maude (Candy); his siblings, Curtis Wayne Powell, Ricky Powell and Bessie Taylor; his niece Latoya Powell; his nephew James Powell; and his brother-in-law Stanley Veal. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heritage Mortuary Inc. (3610 N Rancho Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89130). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
