He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Welsh and Rosemarie Welsh. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Heather Caldon, Joshua Welsh, Steven Ballew and Jessica Freeborn; and his siblings, Jack Welsh, Joan Stenson and Lisa Thompson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church (4718 E Horsehaven Ave, Post Falls, ID 83854).
