He is survived by: his spouse Claire W. Fulton; his children, Bruce S. Fulton (Tina) and Karen S. Pleas (Patrick); his grandchildren, Drew Fulton, Brett Fulton, Gabriel Pleas and Julia Pleas; and his brothers, John F. Fulton (Jeanne) and Robert W. Fulton.
