He was predeceased by: his nephew Lane Burgess. He is survived by: his parents, LaVar Wade and Kaye Wade; his wife Dawn; his daughters, Kyla Schuknecht (Chance) of Buhl, ID, Mica Robinson (Zach) of Hiko, NV, Austyn, Adlee, Harper and Cedar; and his siblings, Gary Wade (Roxie), Scott Wade (Jolyn), Connie Bundy (Ed) and Sheila Southwick (Derek). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
