He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Phillips and Lenora Phillips; his brothers, Clifford Phillips and Douglas Phillips; and his grandson Devin Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Phillips (Graff); his children, Tyler Phillips (Jayme), Julie Moreno (Erik) and Breck Phillips (Darlene); his grandchildren, Aleksandr Phillips (Elena), Dakota Phillips (Maddie), Tanner Phillips, Morgan Moreno and Gavin Moreno; and his stepgrandchildren, Devon DelValle and Dustin Pelican.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the LDS Church (1500 Amador Ln, Henderson, NV 89012). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bunkers Memory Gardens Cemetery (7251 W Lone Mountain Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89129).
