Kirkpatrick Jr.; his parents, Edith Emma (Hall) and Herman Worth Kirkpatrick; and his siblings, James David (Phyllis) of Knoxville, Richard E. (Mary Jane) of Knoxville, Dorothy Ruth Cameron (Melvin) of Knoxville, Zonia Sue Cox (Bruce) of Georgia and Katherine Ann Lichte (Allen) of Wisconsin.
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly A. Kirkpatrick (Paul Edwards) of Henderson, Nevada; his grandchildren, Justin Hampton of Columbus, Ohio, Megan Hampton (Derrick Skaags) of Columbus, Ohio and Samuel Hampton of Columbus, Ohio; his sister Judith Branson (Philip) of Knoxville; and his sister-in-law LeeAudra Rose (Mayford) of Knoxville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Dr. Kirkpatrick requested that everyone make a conscious effort to give help or assistance to someone who is in need, and if not possible, be especially friendly and nice to all that you know and meet.
