It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Lenora Hamblin of Henderson, Nevada, who passed away on December 9, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elgin Hoy (Peggy) and Robert Hamblin; her husband Ralph Young; and her siblings, Roberta Lea and Ronald Dale.
She is survived by: her cousin Terry Jane Fasana of Baldwin Park, CA; her nieces, Shannon Janvrin of Las Vegas, NV and Michaela Kelley of Boise, ID; her nephew Timothy Kelley of Boise, ID; and her pets, Midnight and Miss Kitty.
Viewing was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (400 S Water St, Henderson, NV 89015). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 at 9:20 AM at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery (1900 Veterans Memorial Dr, Boulder City, NV 89005).
