He was predeceased by: his parents, William Revis and Mary Revis; and his brother Michael Revis. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his daughter Jessica (Brad Mills); and his siblings, Gary (Janet Revis) and Janet (Jeff Burdue). He is also survived by NUMEROUS NIECES, NEPHEWS & OTHER RELATIVES.
