It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Cook of Henderson, Nevada, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on April 15, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Juanita Powell and Granval Palmer Cook; and his siblings-in-law, Edwina Armijo and Jerry Jackson. He is survived by: his former wife Mary York; his wife Connie Cook; his sons, John David Cook (Tish), Robert Eugene Cook (Michelle) and Lonnie Dean Cook (Denise); his stepchildren, Wesley Pate (Lisa), Kimberly Grisham (Gerry) and Christine White (Shawn); his siblings, Richard Palmer Cook (Gloria), Robert Dale Cook, Anita Inez Cook and Ann Esther Cook; and his grandchildren, Tiera, Daniel, Michael, Anthony, Nicholas, Justin, Zoe, Ashley, James, Maria, Micheala, Brady, Victoria, Patrik, Angelica, Andrew, Hannah, Anissa and Bo. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
