He is survived by: his wife Judy Smith; his son Tim; his daughter-in-law Cathryn; his daughter Emily; his brother Tim; his sister-in-law Lori; his brothers, Rob and Jay; his uncle Lani Allen (Cindy); his mother-in-law June Smith; and his in-laws, Terry Carroll (Rich), Donna Adams-Crahan, Paul Smith (Mary Ann), Dece Smith, David Smith, Mark Smith (Jean), Cis Thum (John) and Joannie Ackland (Richard).
