He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Walter Mickelson and Mildred Harriet Draper Mickelson; his siblings, Merton Marion Mickelson and Etta Mae Matteucci; and his grandsons, TJ Mickelson and Matthew Gerald Mickelson.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; and his children, Barbara Hansen (David) of Blackfoot, Beverly Anderson (Cameron) of Blackfoot, Ross Mickelson (Kathy) of Highland, Bryan Mickelson (JoAnn) of Logan, Robert Mickelson (Royelle) of Elko and Dana Mickelson (Shelley) of Blackfoot.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any donations be sent to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints missionary fund.
