With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Amos in Fallon, Nevada, born in Winnemucca, Nevada, who passed away on May 9, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her great grandchild Graham Eckert Amos; her parents, Charles Hillyer and Carol Hillyer; her siblings, Lester Hillyer, Ruth Jensen and Helen Giovacchini; her husband Virgil Amos (Jiggs); her children, Linda (Tom Slebodnick) and Phillip (Jody Amos); her sister Carol Newsom; and her son Mike (Carol Amos). She was also cherished by six grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
