With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sheila Pontius (Fallon, Nevada), born in Reno, Nevada, who passed away on May 11, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Erb Austin and Dottie Austin; her husband Ernest Lee Pontius; and her sister Colleen Palludan.

Donations may be made in Sheila's name to one of her favorite entities: The Churchill Arts Council, The Churchill County Museum, or Churchill Animal Protection Society.
