He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Luther and Eunice Duncan Woodley; his wife Lois; his children, Robert of Fallon and Karol Heslin of Eagle, CO; his granddaughter Raina Wascher of Mississippi; and his siblings, Michael Woodley, Sandi Tibbals of Fernley, Carol Norman of Payson, UT, Barbara Hepler of Utah, Debbie Dini of Yerington, Sheila Mesini of Yerington and Sherry Ybarguen of Nampa, ID. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
