He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Clemmer and Myrtis Clemmer; and his grandchildren, Mitchell and Talyn. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis J. Ames; and his children, Mike Clemmer, Tom Ames, Tara McKnight and Julie Hanneman. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
