She was predeceased by: her parents, Inokichi Matsumoto and Tatsu Matsumoto (Horikawa); her husband Carl; and her siblings, Nancy Ogaswara, Amy Iseri, Itsuko Ito and Kazuichi Matsumoto.
She is survived by: her sons, Sarah Nelson, Sandy Kaschmitter (Paul), Ronald Okura (Carol) and Robert Okura; her grandchildren, Darin (Laurel), Danielle, Guy (Sharon), Scotty (Yuko), Aaron, Ipo (Kelii) and Hokolani (Paul); and her great grandchildren, Kailer, Kade, James, Matthew, Logan, Charlie, Kyrah, Jet, Ayanna, Elena and Raizen.
